MobiMate announced the donation of corporate revenue from the January 2005 sales of its software titles, as well as additional donated funds from individual MobiMate employees who contributed large portions of their salaries to help victims of the Tsunami disaster in Southeast Asia. MobiMate’s donations stretched across multiple channels and included 100% of revenues from the January 2005 sales of the popular DateMate software application in collaboration with PocketGear.com, as well as a $1.00 donation for every license sold through Handango.com of WorldMate, the number one (1) best selling mobile travel and business software application across the Palm OS, Windows Mobile (Pocket PC), Java, Symbian UIQ, Blackberry device and Nokia Series 80 Communicator platforms.
