New OTA Flash Forum members

The OTA Flash Forum, a special interest group addressing the technical and operational issues facing over-the-air (OTA) management of mobile devices, announced <A HREF="http://www.otaflashforum.org/news/20040617.html">several new members</A> including: ALLTEL, mFormation, Mobile Diagnostix, Sprint, US Cellular and WDSGlobal.
