Handheld screen that’s a scanner

This screen not only acts as a 3.5-inch QVGA active-matrix color display, it can also capture images, such as color photos or printed text. This unique device utilizes low temperature polysilicon (LTPS) technology, which allows for patterning of additional IC circuits directly onto the glass substrate.
