PalmSource goes public

PalmSource has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to <A HREF="http://www.palmsource.com/press/2004/011304_publicoffer.html">make a public offering</A> of 2,750,000 shares of common stock. Underwriters were also given the opportunity of purchasing an additional 412,500 shares of common stock.
