Get weather updates on your handset

Wireless customers who utilize SMS text messaging will soon be able to receive daily weather information on their handsets, thanks to a <A HREF="http://wireless.accuweather.com">partnership between AccuWeather and Telitas</A>. According to the terms of the partnership, AccuWeather.com and Telitas will offer weather-based text messages of up to 160 characters, orderable via short code or Web site subscribers of U.S.- based cellular services.
