QuickSilver licenses IDE

<A HREF="http://www.metrowerks.com">Metrowerks</A> has licensed its CodeWarrior Integrated Development Environment (IDE) to QuickSilver Technology, Inc. for the creation of a comprehensive tool chain for the Adaptive Computing Machine (ACM), Quicksilver's new class of integrated circuit for use in next-generation mobile devices and communications handsets.
