Loris Ltd. launched a new product, MetaInstaller. This software allows developers to package their software and build installations for Windows, Palm, and Pocket PC platforms. MetaInstaller is a flexible shell, where developers can adjust all necessary installation package parameters–from visual appearance to processor and color depth sensitive files. The installer also allows building cross-platform installation packages, where the same software with different versions for different platforms (Palm, PocketPC, Windows) is distributed in a single installation package.
