JAMDAT Mobile Inc. announced that it is acquiring Hexacto Games Inc., a provider of games for Palm, Pocket PC, and next-generation 3G phone platforms. As a result of the acquisition, JAMDAT will add Hexacto’s entire library of original and branded titles to its slate, integrate Hexacto’s Montreal-based development team into its publishing business, and broaden its leadership to additional mobile entertainment platforms.
