Research In Motion Limited (RIM) reported fourth quarter and fiscal year end results for the period ended March 1, 2003 (all figures in U.S. dollars and Canadian GAAP). Revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2003 was $87.5 million, an increase of 18% from $74.2 million in the previous quarter. The revenue breakdown for the quarter was approximately 46% for handhelds, 41% for service, 6% for software licences, and 7% for OEM radios and other revenue. Revenue for the fiscal year 2003 was $306.7 million versus $294.1 million in the prior year.
