DioHelix 02 GPS antenna

Fastrax Ltd. and Sarantel Ltd., a UK antenna specialist, announced the jointly developed DioHelix 02 GPS antenna module. DioHelix 02 is a GPS receiver designed to suit multiple OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) applications. DioHelix 02 is a solution for applications benefiting from highly accurate positioning data. It can be integrated in various systems, ranging from industrial tracking applications to battery-operated consumer products. This makes DioHelix 02 ideally suited for mobile applications such as PDAs. The antenna measures 10mm in diameter by 18mm and will allow space saving for in-vehicle and handheld GPS applications.
