Air2Web acquires 2Roam

<A HREF="http://www.air2web.com">Air2Web</A> announced the closing of its acquisition of 2Roam, a global wireless software and service provider. Under the terms of the agreement, Air2Web acquired 2Roam's Wireless Solution, its customer base including marquee customers such as eBay, Best Western International, and Hoover's, Inc., and retained its co-founder and Board Chairman Bryan Wargo.
