You have to respect determination, no matter how it’s represented. According to our sources, young Kai, 19, has the hots for one Miss Julia, 18. Apparently, she does not fully recipricate his feelings. In a new take on “let’s just be friends,” she has apparently told him that she won’t sleep with him until his Web site gets 111,111,111 hits.
