NYSCATE invests in Palm handhelds

To give educators the technology tools and the training to be more successful, the NYSCATE is buying more than 2,000 Palm IIIc handheld computers for educators participating in an all-digital conference that starts Sunday at the Empire State Plaza in Albany, N.Y.
