Palm, Inc. announced that Carl Yankowski has decided to resign as chief executive officer. Eric Benhamou, Palm chairman of the board, will serve in his place until a permanent successor is named. A search has begun for a new CEO of Palm, Inc. The company also announced that it is in the final stages of its internal separation into two businesses.
