Synchrologic announced the expansion of its European operations with the opening of offices in Italy and Germany. Synchrologic appointed Silvia Locatelli, country manager, to manage the Italian office located in Milan, and Gerhard Kessler, country manager, to manage the German office located in Munich. Both Locatelli and Kessler will report to Martin Allen, managing director of Synchrologic’s European, Middle Eastern and African business unit.
