New chip from Toshiba

<A HREF="http://news.cnet.com/news/0-1006-201-4463602-0.html?tag=st.ne.1002.thed.sf">CNET News.com</A> has an article on Toshiba America Electronic Components' announcement of its TC35273XB chip for PDAs. According to the article, the chip has 12MB of integrated memory and an encoder and decoder for MPEG-4.
