On the subject of PDAs showing up in the Charlie’s Angels movie, Christopher Coulter has written in to PalmPower news claiming to have contacted Derek Brown of Microsoft, the man in charge of product placement for the Pocket PC. According to the message Coulter sent us, Brown says the Pocket PC’s inclusion in the film was just a random thing that the prop master put in without Microsoft knowing about it. However, Brown did note that there are going to be some fun product placements coming up on TV.

Already here in the PalmPower office there’s a debate as to whether the device briefly seen in the latest episode of NBC’s The West Wing was a Jornada or a Palm IIIc.
