IP*Works! update

devSoft has released a new update of IP*Works! with full support for Pocket PC. Features include support for the Pocket PC emulator and inclusion of CEF (common Executable Format) binaries. The update is free to all owners of IP*Works version 4, but a new serial number and key are required.
