Early look at Stinger

<A HREF="http://www.zdnet.com/zdnn/stories/news/0,4586,2613506,00.html">ZDNet</A> reports Microsoft is offering an early look at its Windows CE-based Stinger, a combination PDA and mobile phone. According to the article, Microsoft won't build the device, rather it will license the underlying software technology such as the Windows CE operating system to manufacturers including Samsung.
