Microsoft, TI partnership

News.com reports that Micorsoft and Texas Instruments have formed a <A HREF="http://news.cnet.com/news/0-1006-200-1581093.html?tag=st.ne.1002.thed.1006-200-1581093">partnership</A> to develop software capabilities for wireless handheld devices. According to the report, Microsoft said it will be using TI's programmable digital signal processors (DSP) to enhance the performance of the Windows CE operating system.
