Open source CE?

Here’s an interesting report from ZDNet. The article says that Micorsoft is considering giving Windows CE to some developers for free to capitalize on the open source movement’s popularity. The report also says that Microsoft could make its plans public to open the Windows CE source base as soon as late April.
