Talk to your hand

PC Week has this article on voice recognition in handheld devices. IBM previewed a Personal Speech Assistant prototype, a conversational user interface for the Palm III personal digital assistant that includes IBM’s Speech Coprocessor. IBM also demonstrated ViaVoice for Lotus Notes, which uses voice commands to compose, send, reply to and forward email.
