PC World has this article on the upcoming <A HREF="http://www.pcworld.com/pcwtoday/article/0,1510,15466,00.html">Pocket PC</A> devices. The article thinks that Windows CE's market share might not improve because Pocket PC devices will compete against each other and not the Palm operating system.
