How to breakup Microsoft

It looks like the prosecutors in the Microsoft case <A HREF="http://www.usatoday.com/life/cyber/tech/cth129.htm">finally agreed</A> on how how to break up Microsoft. USA Today is reporting that Microsoft would be slpit into two companies: one for its Windows operating system, and another for software such as word processing.
