AmbiCom announced the new high-speed AMB8610 Power Saver 10 Mbps Ethernet CompactFlash Card for Windows CE. It delivers low power consumption, 10 million bits per second data transfer rates, and the flexibility to be used on Palm-sized PCs (P/PC), Handheld PCs (H/PC) as well as Laptop PCs. The AMB8610 draws only 19 mA (milli-amps) from a Palm-size PC compared to almost 300mA for other Ethernet PC Cards.
