3Com, Phone.com

3Com Corporation and Phone.com announced they have signed a licensing agreement that allows Palm Computing to incorporate Phone.com’s Wireless Application Protocol (WAP)-compatible UP.Browser in the Palm Computing platform. Palm will license the Palm Computing platform with integrated WAP capability to wireless handset manufacturers.
