We’ve recieved a number of letters from readers attempting to get the PalmConnect USB kit to link their Palm devices to their USB-equipped Macintosh machines. Apparently, calls to Palm are being rebuffed, with readers being told that there is no such item. For those of you concerned, we can tell you that Palm has officially announced availability of this product, but its not due until August. Now you know. Perhaps soon, Palm’s own employees will be told.
