ParaGraph, a division of Vadem, announced availability of its new CalliGrapher 5.3 natural handwriting recognition software. The new version is optimized to work with the latest Microsoft Windows CE-based palm-sized PCs featuring color screens, as well as H/PC and H/PC Professional Edition devices with pen-input capabilities.
