Handheld estimating

Timberline Software Corporation announced plans to release <A HREF="http://www.timberline.com">Precision Palm Estimating</A>, an application for handheld personal digital assistants (PDAs). Precision Palm Estimating will enable estimators to use a PDA to take off key project information at the job site and then synchronize the device with desktop software to generate a detailed estimate. The software is being developed for 3Com Palm Computing and Microsoft Windows CE operating systems.
