Auto PC article update

Our article on developing software for the Auto PC listed three software packages necessary for developing Auto PC software. Those three were Windows NT, Visual C++ 6.0 and the Auto PC SDK 1.0. In addition, you'll need Microsoft Windows CE Toolkit for Visual C++ 6.0. The author tells us this can be purchased from <A HREF="http://www.pparadise.com">Programmers Paradise</A>.
