<A HREF="http://www.rachis.com/">Rachis</A> announced the availability of its family of system-level software products compatible with Microsoft TV, for manufacturers that are designing and building set-top boxes. Rachis launched its Microsoft TV software suite at Cable '99, the National Cable Television Association's 48th annual conference and exposition.
