ePhysician, an e-commerce network for the healthcare industry, introduced ePhysician 1.0, a PDA-based Internet solution for health professionals. As part of the launch, ePhysician will offer 10,000 free Palm handheld computers to selected clinicians who register at the ePhysician Web site and subscribe to the service. ePhysician 1.0 runs on the Palm OS and will be available nationally upon completion of final testing.
