iCompression and ATI Technologies announced a Windows CE-based digital video <A HREF="http://www.ati.com">CODEC</A> set-top reference. Called the "Set-Top Wonder II," the reference design is an entertainment portal, converging the Internet, home theater, at-home digital authoring, networking and advanced 3D gaming applications
