New World Technologies announced the spin-off of its ESD division (Electronic Software Delivery), which has been incorporated as BrainDock Communications Inc. for distributing software titles across the Internet. BrainDock provides a full Internet commerce solution allowing software publishers to provide their titles to Internet retailers.
