TECH SUPPORT INSIDER

Have you caught Palm III fever yet? If you haven't, you must be the only one besides Bill Gates that hasn't been infected-- everyone is pounding on our doors to get their hands on our latest connected organizer. With this kind of demand, we're all working really hard at Palm Computing to get them out the door, onto your local retailers' shelves and into your hot little hands. Your old bookmarks may still work, but they may also be going to old webpages. It's really important to me personally that you get acquainted with the remodel of our Support section, so let me know if there's anything to do to improve it.

If you haven't heard, along with our announcement of the new Palm III connected organizer, we also announced an upgrade for the MacPac connection kit.

Actually, it wasn't my writing that inspired an upgrade
