Apple (AAPL) fans looking to save some cash on an older-model iPad should head to Walmart (WMT).

Walmart’s iPad sale knocks $100 off the price of an iPad 2. The price of the 16GB WiFi-only iPad 2 model drops to $299 under the iPad sale at Walmart. Shoppers can pare the price of their new iPad 2 even further by trading their existing iPad. Walmart will accept any model and will pay a minimum $100 in the form of a Walmart gift card. Higher trade-in values will be based on the condition of the iPad presented to Walmart, CNET notes.

Combining an iPad trade-in with Walmart’s iPad sale, shoppers could cut the price of an 16GB WiFi-only iPad 2 to $199.
