Palm, Inc. advanced a corporate milestone of creating two well-capitalized, leading, high-growth companies, with the appointment of a founding board of directors for PalmSource, Inc., the Palm OS subsidiary of Palm, Inc. Eric Benhamou, chairman of the board of PalmSource, Inc. as well as chairman and chief executive officer of Palm, Inc., and David Nagel, PalmSource president and chief executive officer, will be joined on the board by Satjiv S. Chahil, Robert J. Finocchio, Jr., and Jean-Louis Gassee.
