Knight Ridder Real Cities and AvantGo, Inc. announced a joint arrangement to provide Real Cities online services, free of charge, to mobile professionals who rely on handheld devices. AvantGo and Real Cities are sponsoring a contest for site visitors to win a free Palm III. The contest runs from Nov. 18 through Dec. 7, 1998.
